What are the different types of parking?
Meet and Greet: Where you are received at the airport by a chauffeur who helps with your luggage and then takes your car to a protected storage area. Park and Ride: Where you drive to the parking area yourself and hand over your keys at the reception and a bus then brings you to the airport.
How are the total charges calculated?
All prices shown are for the entire booking period. These include taxes and card charges as well as a mandatory booking fee. Some service providers also charge an airport access fee.
What is the best time to book parking spaces?
It’s best to book as soon as you know your travel dates to ensure you can get maximum discounts as their prices change daily.
What is the maximum vehicle height allowed?
The height limit is of 1.8m. The following vehicles aren’t accepted: mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans or vehicles with trailers. You must also take height into account if you have a roof luggage box installed.

Refunds
You will be refunded within 3-6 days if a booking is cancelled. Refunds are not available if you miss your booking. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before you are due to arrive at the car park.
